Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume seasons or new drops, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping Times & Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen delivery method.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs or import charges applied by their country. Soul Ties is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
We will assist you with filing a claim or shipping a replacement when eligible.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Soul Ties is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
